Returns

Returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects.    

Our policy lasts 15 days from date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please send us an email and have your order number included.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it is in a condition that complies with this policy.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, sale or promo items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@captainpaw.com and we'll be happy to look further into it.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within the 15-day window after deliver. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@captainpaw.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping company that provides a tracking number or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
